About the Digital Campaign Coordinator Opportunity:
Townsquare Media is seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Digital Campaign Coordinator. This role will support our sales team in Trenton and Shore, providing front line support to our sales department in both pre-sale and post-sale tasks. This is a highly collaborative and detail-oriented role where you will serve in organizing marketing solutions for our clients. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment and is a natural communicator and problem solver.
Key Responsibilities:
- Act as an extension of the sales and operations teams, assisting with client communication, sales research, prospecting, all aspects of creative, the preparation of ad agency quality PowerPoint proposals, and more.
- Conduct market research using tools like Dstillery, Ad Mall, and SEM Estimates to help define campaign objectives and strategies.
- Gather and organize campaign details such as targeting, geo-location, and audience segments for execution.
- Support the launch and execution of digital campaigns, coordinating with the creative team and clients for approvals.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure accurate campaign setup/accurate communication of campaign changes and ensure all deliverables are met on time.
- Generate campaign performance reports and assist in creating customized reports through resources and data.
Additional Expectations: Participate in regular virtual team meetings with the camera on to foster stronger collaboration and engagement, ensuring active communication and connection with colleagues across departments.
Qualifications:
- 4-year college degree or comparable work experience (required)
- Minimum of 1+ years of experience in digital advertising or a related field.
- Experience in marketing/advertising and sales support roles preferred.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook), SharePoint, Google Suite; familiarity with digital tools and platforms like Tapclicks is a plus.
- Experience with graphic design programs such as Canva, Premier Pro, Photoshop, also preferred, but candidates willing to learn can be trained
- Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Excellent communication skills (both verbal and written) and a collaborative, team-focused approach.
- Eagerness to further develop relationship building skills
- Highly organized and focused multi-tasker with strong attention to detail, analytical skills, and can work independently within a team focused organization
