Digital Campaign Coordinator – Townsquare Ignite

(Hybrid – looking for someone that is comfortable commuting to our Toms River and Trenton offices)

Townsquare Ignite is looking for a bright and energetic Digital Campaign Coordinator to join our growing Operations Team. Our team is responsible for providing both pre- and post-sale campaign support to local markets, ultimately helping to launch and monitor digital campaigns, drive revenue and renewals for all digital media buys. This is a highly collaborative and detail-oriented role where you will serve as the organizational guru. The Digital Campaign Coordinator is a natural communicator, project manager and problem solver. This position thrives in a dynamic and competitive environment, and reports to DCM Team Leader.

What You’ll Do:

  • Support the Operations team with timely campaign launches and revisions
    • Communication of revisions and launch information directly to the DCM (i.e. submitting the revisions in Tap platform)
    • Helping close out tasks in the AE My Tasks queue in tap (CLCs, Punch Lists)
    • Help Sales collect assets with clients
    • Join activation calls with AE, follow up on punch lists by being liaison between AE and DCM
    • Help AEs with submitting creative only orders or mock ads
    • Monitor pacing of owned and operated display campaigns to ensure full delivery
  • Coordinate pre-launch set up and confirm all launch components are accurate and complete
  • Quick and effective communication to internal/external stakeholders on outstanding campaign details required for execution 
  • Create advertiser screenshot decks
  • Generate campaign performance reports and assist in creating customized reports through resources and data, establishing Ignite as the premiere consultative digital solutions partner
  • Assist Digital Campaign Manager in creating comprehensive post-campaign analysis reports with insights and recommendations for renewals and future RFPs to drive revenue growth
  • Analyze areas within the workflow that can be improved and create process enhancements; build upon best practices library
  • Organize tasks lists for internal team meetings regarding campaign launches and revisions


  • 2+ Years relevant work experience
  • Past internship experience within the marketing/advertising field welcomed, with strong interest in digital media and/or programmatic
  • Experience with Excel, PowerPoint, Word
  • Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills (verbal and written); eagerness to further develop relationship building skills
  • Natural self-starter who is motivated by curiosity and desire to help clients succeed
  • High energy, passion, accountability, creativity and teamwork mentality are a must
  • Highly organized and focused multi-tasker with strong attention to detail, analytical and project management skills, and can work independently within a team focused organization
  • Manages time; focuses on urgent and important tasks; avoids procrastination; follows up; shows strong attention to detail; meets deadlines
  • Exceptional Communicator. Experience taking the lead in interdepartmental projects
  • Actively listens; clearly and effectively conveys information; uses professional telephone skills; demonstrates effective business writing skills; shows excellent grasp of grammar
  • Exhibits good interpersonal skills; collaborates with others; maintains composure when faced with difficult situations and personalities
